Shropshire Council received 134 new home improvement planning applications in the last 30 days, up 8% on the previous 30 days, and 23 applications were approved, so those homeowners are now cleared to start. Extensions made up 27% of them, with 22 garage applications and 18 window and door applications. ARIA reads the Shropshire planning register every day, so new applications usually reach installers within 8 days of the council validating them.

ARIA checks the Shropshire register every day. New applications usually appear within 8 days of the council validating them.
Subscribers see the address for every application, and the homeowner's name where the council publishes it. In Shropshire, ARIA holds a named, mailable homeowner for 88% of applications. Names and addresses are only shown inside your account, never on public pages.
Planning applications are published on the council's public register. ARIA sends letters, not cold calls or emails, and every letter says who it's from, where the details came from and how to opt out. Anyone who opts out is never written to again.
Plenty of home improvements don't need planning permission. Many conservatories, porches, loft conversions and window replacements fall under permitted development, so they never appear on the register. ARIA only shows work that has been through the planning system.
Planning leads start at £79 a month. Letters can be printed and posted for you, or you can download them and send your own. See the pricing page for the full plans.
