The terms on which ARIA Intel Ltd provides you with access to the ARIA Intel platform. Please read them carefully.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ARIA Intel platform and related services (the “Service”), provided by ARIA Intel Ltd (“ARIA Intel”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17098980. By creating an account, subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
ARIA Intel provides a subscription-based intelligence platform that aggregates and presents information relevant to the UK built environment — including planning, building control, Land Registry and Companies House data — together with tools to search, score and act on that information. We may add, change or remove features over time to improve the Service.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Tell us promptly at hello@aria-intel.com if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Accounts are for use by the named subscriber and their business; you may not share access with unauthorised third parties.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you'll keep access until then, and you won't be charged again afterwards. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any contact data or intelligence obtained through the Service complies with your own legal obligations. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this section.
The Service, including its software, design, and the compiled and enriched datasets we create, is owned by ARIA Intel or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for your business during your subscription, subject to these Terms. Underlying public-sector information is made available under the terms of the licences of the bodies that publish it, including the Open Government Licence v3.0.
The Service draws on third-party and public-sector sources that we do not control. While we work to keep the data useful and current, we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and it should not be treated as professional, legal or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it to make business decisions.
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates or for technical or security reasons, and we'll try to limit any disruption.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided to you as a business, and statutory rights applying to consumers do not apply.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time as described above. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service unlawfully. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (including those on payment owed, intellectual property, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll revise the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
